There are two campsites
in Huelgoat, le camping municipal and the rather more
well-equipped Camping de la rivière d'Argent. However both
are calm and clean and an inexpensive way to stay in
Huelgoat.
The municipal campsite
is open throughout July and August and sometimes
exceptionally out of season. It's situated 800m from the
centre of Huelgoat, near the lake alongside the Rivière du
Fao river with large, flat, grassy emplacements.

The Camping de la rivière d'Argent is
situated about 3Km outside of Huelgoat on the D769 road (clilick
here for a map), in the legendary forest alongside the
Rivière d'Argent river.
