So you've visite Huelgoat
and you think you've seen it all? Well, Huelgoat is the
perfect base for touring a few interesting places all within
an hour's drive

After walking around
Huelgoat forest, you can always climb to the top of the
Montagne St Michel near Brasparts for splendid views of
the Monts d'Arrée
 
After your little walk on
the mountain why not try the Ferme des Artisans
crafts centre in Brasparts. With art exhibitions throughout
the year and craftwork and souvenirs in the building
opposite there's plenty to see. Open practically every day
of the year! And free! As you leave the Montagne St Michel
and head towrds Brasparts you will see the sign for the
entrance on your left.

You're never more than an
hour from a beach in Brittany but how about trying the man
made beaches by the lake Drennec in Commana?
Only 20 mins from Huelgoat. You can walk all the way round
the lake in about an hour.
